At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager.
Good knowledge of general construction and special construction works.
Knowledge of concrete floor installation is an advantage.
Knowledge of concrete is a basic requirement.
Good time planning, work organization and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team, organize work.
Knowledge of construction processes.
It is necessary to be able to work with AutoCad, Excel and Word computer programs.
Independence.
Driver's license - category B.
