Your daily life at the facility:
- You will be the “right hand” of the manager: you will help coordinate the work and ensure that the process does not stop.
- Communication: you will coordinate the work of subcontractors and ensure that the quality bar is high.
- Control: you will record the quantities completed, plan the need for materials and ensure that nothing is missing.
- Digital construction: you will fill in internal documentation and reports (our goal is to have as little paperwork as possible).
- Safety: you will ensure that the team works safely and responsibly.

- You are in your final year of study or already have a higher/postgraduate education in the field of construction.
- You have the basics of construction processes (internship at a site would be a great advantage for you!).
- You are proactive – able to plan, ask questions and find solutions.
