WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As a Deputy Construction Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting the Construction Manager in coordinating the activities of specialists in various fields at the construction site
- Direct communication with the client (BAIUDBw Construction Division) at the construction site
- Assisting in managing the construction site and ensuring compliance with employee safety and health requirements
- Cooperation and coordination of actions with the project's technical management team
- Management and coordination of internal changes
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Education in Civil Engineering or other related field
- Professional experience in implementing similar projects
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of English and Lithuanian
- Knowledge of "MS Project"
- Experience working in a military environment would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external partners
- Structured, systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to quickly analyze technical problems and propose practical solutions
- Readiness to take responsibility and make decisions
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to effectively coordinate activities in an international environment
