Nature of work
- assistance to the construction director, proper and timely completion of assigned tasks:
- coordination of design services and construction processes;
- assistance in supervising the supply processes of implemented objects, work performed, compliance with deadlines and requirements;
- management of construction documentation (preparation, completion, systematization);
- performance of other tasks assigned by the construction director.
Employee requirements
- ability to analyze project documentation and technical drawings - an advantage;
- knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
- work experience in implementing construction projects - an advantage;
- responsibility, initiative, quick orientation, ambition;
- ability to work in a team and independently;
- excellent work planning, organization, execution, coordination skills;
- good computer skills, clerical knowledge.
