About the position:

Stafferty's client is a construction company that is looking for an experienced Construction Director to take responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation and results of construction projects. In this position, you will be responsible for the financial efficiency of projects, contract management, team coordination and successful project implementation.

Nature of work:

  • Strategic planning of construction projects, coordination of implementation and control of completion.
  • Management of project finances, budgets and contracts.
  • Control of project profitability, costs and results.
  • Team management, work allocation and coordination of activities.
  • Cooperation with customers, partners, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Representation of the company in resolving issues related to construction projects.
  • Operative solution of challenges and adoption of decisions ensuring smooth implementation of projects.

Requirements for the candidate(s):

  • Higher engineering education.
  • Valid construction manager certificate issued by SSVA.
  • At least 5 years of work experience as a construction manager, project manager or construction director.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, project management, financial and contract management.
  • Team leadership, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to independently make decisions and take responsibility for results.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Good command of Lithuanian.

The company offers:

  • 3400–4960 Eur/month gross salary, depending on the certificates and professional experience.
