- Organization of the work of the construction department;
- Planning, organization and quality control of construction work at the facilities;
- Ensuring and monitoring work safety, fire safety, quality, environmental protection requirements;
- Administration of construction documentation;
- Cooperation with designers, customers and construction technical supervision;
- Manage risks and solve emerging problems.
Requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of construction;
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the construction sector;
- Knowledge of construction processes and technologies.
- Valid construction certificate (required);
- Independence, ability to work in a team.
