As a general contractor, we restored Sendvaris Manor in Klaipėda. Now we are starting a new project DANGEHOLM: a premium business island in the Old Town of Klaipėda, near the castle site, with office, retail and service spaces.
We are looking for an engineer who is already familiar with managing construction documentation and will be responsible for it in the project. You will work together with the project manager from the first works to the handover of the object.

What will your working day look like?
You will fill in construction work logs;
You will collect and check performance declarations;
You will check the acts of work performed by subcontractors: whether the quantities and prices comply with the contract;
You will organize subcontractor tenders;
You will prepare and manage construction completion documentation.

What do we expect from you?
At least 1 year of experience in a construction company;
Experience in filling out construction work logs and preparing construction completion documentation (required);
Higher education in construction engineering, construction management or a similar field;
Diligence and analytical thinking;
Good computer skills;
Responsibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Category B driver's license.
