Your main functions and responsibilities:
- To carry out technical supervision of infrastructure projects in accordance with the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, the Construction Regulations and other legal acts.
- To control the implementation of technical supervision of construction of structures, when technical supervision of construction and reconstruction of port infrastructure structures is carried out by another organization selected by tender.
- To control whether the structure is being built according to the design of the structure, ensure the quality of construction works, supervise whether technological consistency and construction schedule are observed.
- To check the compliance of materials and products used with design and regulatory requirements.
- To represent the Port Authority in resolving problems related to design and (or) project implementation with designers and (or) contractors, third parties in order to achieve mutual agreements.
- To participate in inspections of works, structures, engineering networks and acceptance of hidden works, perform warranty period inspections.
- To control the normative quality of construction works, the consistency of their performance according to the work technology.
- Evaluate project documentation, construction logs, other technical documents.
- Participate in the procedures for accepting a building for use.
- Prepare reports on the progress of the project, the implementation of qualitative and quantitative indicators at the facility, and prepare and administer other necessary documentation.
- Other activities related to the technical supervision of construction works.
It is important for us:
- higher university degree or equivalent in the field of technological sciences;
- certificate of construction manager of a special structure and/or technical supervision manager of a special structure: Transport communications: water port structures and/or hydraulic structures (additional advantage: Transport communications: railways; Engineering networks);
- at least 2 years of practical work experience in the field of technical supervision of construction of structures (advantage - experience in working with contractors and quality control of their services);
- knowledge of construction technical regulations, legal acts and regulatory documents and the ability to apply them;
- knowledge of the peculiarities of water port and hydraulic structure structures, their operating conditions;
- ability to work with documentation (preparation of public procurement documents, organization and execution of low-value procurement, preparation of contracts / formation and supervision of amendments);
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office software package, basic AutoCAD or similar program;
- Independent work planning and decision-making skills;
- Category B driver's license.
