Nature of work
- Analyze design, technical and estimate documentation, determine procurement volumes and technical requirements;
- Plan procurement of construction materials, equipment and services according to project needs;
- Search for and select suppliers, negotiate prices, terms and other terms of cooperation;
- Prepare tender materials and organize tenders for the purchase of contract works, materials and services;
- Analyze and compare commercial offers of suppliers and subcontractors, assess their compliance with project requirements;
- Cooperate with project and construction managers, ensure timely execution of orders and project supply.
What do we expect from you?
- You have a university or higher education in civil engineering or a related field;
- You have experience in construction, procurement, estimating or design;
- You are able to read and analyze design and technical documentation;
- You are knowledgeable about construction technologies, materials and principles of estimating;
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, thoroughness and the ability to independently plan your work;
- You have good communication and negotiation skills, and are able to cooperate smoothly with suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues.
