Civil Engineer

Preparation and coordination of contracts with contractors and material suppliers;
Technical maintenance of the company's buildings in accordance with applicable legal acts;
Acceptance, systematization of work orders and coordination of related processes;
Search, selection of contractors and organization of work;
Preparation and completion of the necessary technical and construction documentation;
Supervision and control of ongoing construction work;
Planning of work, ensuring compliance with deadlines and timely implementation of planned work.

Place of work - Telšiai.

Higher technical education (in the field of civil engineering - an advantage);
Practical experience or solid knowledge of the construction sector, including basic knowledge of management, economics, marketing and law;
Knowledge of occupational safety, environmental protection, hygiene and fire safety regulations;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken), not lower than B2;
Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office programs;
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sistela, Astera programs - an advantage;
Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and effectively manage tasks.
