Nature of work
- Preparation, completion and review of construction project documentation;
- Preparation for the construction site: planning, analysis of drawings, drawing up an installation schedule, planning and ordering material requirements;
- Organization and control of installation work: delegation of tasks to teams, ensuring work safety and quality at the site;
- Cooperation with construction managers, the project team and other company departments;
- Continuous improvement of processes to achieve more efficient project progress.
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of civil engineering (can be a final year student);
- Computer literacy (TEKLA, AutoCAD, Excel) – basics;
- Ability to plan, set priorities, work independently and responsibly;
- Knowledge of the construction process, experience in similar work – an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written) – an advantage;
- Ability to go on business trips in Lithuania – an advantage.
