Nature of work
- Identification and independent elimination of current faults;
- Maintenance of electrical installations and equipment, fault diagnostics and repair;
- Maintenance and management of buildings, premises and equipment;
- Minor construction and repair work: assembly, painting and other work as needed;
- Installation and repair of welded roofing;
- Territory and environmental maintenance;
- Other auxiliary farm work as needed by the company.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of electrical installations;
- Experience working with welded roofing;
- Experience in similar work (housekeeper, building or equipment maintenance, technical worker, etc.);
- Practical technical skills: plumbing, electricity, carpentry and other areas;
- Ability to independently solve technical problems and find practical solutions;
- Responsibility, independence and orderliness;
- Ability to plan work, set priorities and coordinate tasks;
- Forklift driver's license is an advantage.
