We are looking for a responsible, motivated and knowledgeable construction foreman who wants to work for a company that values quality, professionalism and people.
What will you do?
- Organize and supervise construction work at the site;
- Coordinate employee activities and work progress;
- Ensure the quality of work and adherence to deadlines;
- Assist the project manager in managing construction site documentation;
- Prepare the necessary construction documents for the structure, fill out the construction log;
- Create, coordinate and control schedules;
- Ensure labor and production discipline at the site, compliance with internal labor regulations;
- Control the time of arrival to work and departure from it, keep records of working hours.
Employee requirements
We hope that you:
- Have a higher or higher education in civil engineering (advantage);
- Have experience in organizing construction work;
- Are able to make decisions and plan work independently;
- Are responsible, communicative and result-oriented;
- Know how to read drawings and technical documentation;
- Have a category B driver's license (advantage);
