Construction Operations Manager

Ensure effective organization, coordination and control of all ongoing construction projects, so that projects are implemented on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate the progress of 6–10 simultaneously implemented projects.
Identify risks and initiate solutions.
Ensure smooth implementation of projects.
Lead a team of project managers.
Organize weekly planning meetings.
Control the implementation of weekly plans.
Equipment distribution.
People distribution.
Formation of brigades.

At least 8 years of experience in the construction sector.
At least 3 years of management experience.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing a team of at least 30-50 people.
Experience in road, infrastructure, engineering networks or land reclamation projects is preferred.
