We invite PROJECT MANAGER to be two steps ahead with us!
What will your working day look like?
You will be responsible for successful project analysis, planning and coordination;
You will ensure the implementation of contractual obligations and their control;
You will follow the project budget, adhere to the established deadlines;
You will form project teams, delegate tasks, organize employee rotation;
You will plan, manage and control the progress of the project throughout the process;
You will communicate with the company's clients and partners, resolve emerging problem situations;
You will prepare project progress and results reports for management.
You will generate and implement ideas, contribute to the improvement of the company's activities;
You will ensure the implementation of contractual obligations and their control;
You will follow the project budget, adhere to the established deadlines;

What kind of specialist are we looking for?
At least 3 years of work experience with construction projects;
Technical knowledge and ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation;
Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written);
Very good computer skills (MS Office, project management systems, etc.);
Ability to work in a team, quick orientation, responsibility, analytical thinking;
Excellent planning, task delegation and decision-making skills.
Higher education - in the field of construction
