Our client is a construction company specializing in data center construction in Europe. Due to the growing number of projects, the team is looking for a Construction Manager to join the team.
We are looking for a Manager who will coordinate the activities of the construction department, manage subcontractors in international projects and ensure smooth execution of work.

Nature of work:
- Coordinate the search, selection and control of subcontractors in projects in Scandinavia, Germany and other European countries.
- Plan and control construction work, make decisions on resource planning and solving operational problems at the facilities.
- Monitor project documentation, compliance with requirements and standards, cooperate with the supply department.
- Cooperate with project managers, participate in bilateral meetings at the facilities with customers.
- Propose ideas for project management and process optimization, streamline workflow, and implement management tools.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in construction or construction project management (international markets are an advantage).
- Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
- Independence and ability to effectively solve problems, manage subcontractors and processes.
- Initiative, strong result orientation and desire to create and improve work systems.
The company offers:
- Salary: from 6,500 - 7,500 EUR gross (salary will depend on experience and competencies) + performance-based bonuses.
