Head of the construction department

Kaita Group is one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Lithuania, having implemented and is developing 24 residential and commercial projects in Vilnius. The company manages a rental portfolio of 934 apartments, develops co-living spaces in Lithuania, Latvia, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

For further development, the company invites a Construction Department Manager to join its team.

The main goal of the position is to ensure successful project management of the company, coordinate project implementation and contribute to the strategic development and growth of the company. The new manager is expected to have in-depth knowledge of construction technology, special attention to construction process control, implementation of the most innovative practices and coordination of resources.

●Lead the construction management department (project managers, construction managers, project and quality engineers) and ensure the implementation of the project portfolio according to the established deadlines, budget and quality standards.
●Form and mobilize a strong project management team, contributing to the selection, development and effective cooperation of construction personnel.
●Manage project priorities, resources, risks and process efficiency as the company's activities grow
●Ensure clear communication with internal teams, partners and other stakeholders.
●Contribute to the development of strategic company initiatives, development projects and new business directions.
●Be a leader in technological solutions - be interested in innovations in the construction sector, proactively provide proposals for process improvement.

●Experience. Education in the field of construction (mandatory) and more than 5 years of successful construction / project department management experience in managing medium / large-scale projects.
●Leadership. Experience in working with construction organization teams, the ability to solve team and technological challenges, and leadership in decision-making are expected.
●Innovation. The construction sector is not standing still, so the newly joining manager is expected to delve into technological innovations, proactively bring them to the organization, improve and optimize processes.
●Basic knowledge of English. The company develops international projects.
