Analysis of project documentation, control of quantities and prices of materials and works;

Employee requirements
Experience in organizing and executing procurement of construction contractor services and materials;
Experience in negotiating with contractors, suppliers of materials and goods and manufacturers;
Education in the field of civil engineering;
Experience in preparing construction documentation, experience in drawing up schedules and estimates;
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, knowledge of prices for works and materials.
