What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- analyze design, technical and estimate documentation, determine procurement volumes and technical requirements;
- prepare tender materials and organize tenders for the purchase of contract works, materials and services;
- prepare requests for contractors and suppliers, collect and compare their offers and check compliance with the project documentation and budget;
- conduct negotiations on prices and contract terms with contractors and suppliers;
- evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers, create and develop a network of reliable partners;
- prepare and coordinate contract, subcontract and supply contracts, control their implementation;
- check and approve acts of completed work, monitor the implementation of the procurement budget;
- track the results of implemented projects (technical, qualitative, financial) and submit proposals to management on budgeting for future projects;
- cooperate closely with the project team, coordinating technical and commercial solutions.
We believe that you:
- have a higher education in civil engineering or a related field;
- have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of construction, procurement, estimating or design;
- are able to read and analyze design and technical documentation;
- are familiar with construction technologies, materials and principles of estimating;
- work with MS Office (especially Excel) programs;
- have good communication and negotiation skills, are able to build long-term professional relationships;
- are characterized by analytical thinking, thoroughness and the ability to independently plan their work;
- good knowledge of English, allows you to communicate with suppliers in writing and orally.
Advantage: AutoCAD knowledge.
