OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
You will analyze project documentation and technical solutions.
You will calculate the quantities of construction work and materials.
You will prepare materials for subcontractor and supplier tenders.
You will organize and administer procurement tenders.
You will analyze, compare and standardize the received offers.
You will participate in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
You will prepare and coordinate contract, subcontract and supply contracts.
You will evaluate the acts of performed work and control their compliance with contractual obligations.
You will analyze the technical, qualitative and financial results of implemented projects, prepare comparative analyses of indicators and contribute to the accuracy of budgeting for future projects.
You will contribute to the creation and development of a long-term network of reliable partners.

You have a higher education in construction, engineering or a related field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in construction, procurement or estimate preparation.
You are able to read project documentation and calculate quantities of work.
You understand construction technological processes and the specifics of the real estate development market.
You know how to analyze proposals and make reasoned decisions.
You have negotiation skills and are able to build long-term professional relationships.
You are diligent, responsible and able to organize your work independently.
You value open communication, teamwork and high professional standards.
You have at least 2 years of experience in construction, procurement or estimate preparation.
