We invite a construction project engineer to foster one of the most important centers of attraction in western Lithuania.
What will your working day look like?
Organize subcontractor tenders;
Preparation of contracts;
Collection of performance declarations, filling out the construction work log;
Check subcontractors' acts: their compliance with the quantities, prices, etc. provided for in the contract;
Preparation/management of construction completion documentation.

What kind of specialist are we looking for?
Higher education in construction engineering, construction management or similar;
Analytical thinking
Excellent computer skills;
Entrepreneurship and result-oriented activities;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, strong sense of responsibility;
Driver's license.
Experience is an advantage.
