We are currently inviting a construction project engineer to join our team, who, together with the project manager, will contribute to important decisions, project budget management and smooth implementation of works. Here you will be able to see the result of your work and actively contribute to the success of the project.
We are currently inviting a construction project engineer to join our team, who, together with the project manager, will contribute to important decisions, project budget management and smooth implementation of works. Here you will be able to see the result of your work and actively contribute to the success of the project.
Your main tasks will be:
- Project documentation, analysis of drawings, calculation of materials and work quantities
- Organization of tenders for the selection of subcontractors: preparation of tender documentation, search for subcontractors, analysis of received offers, negotiations
- Preparation and administration of contracts, additional agreements with subcontractors
- Compilation of additional work estimates, submission to the customer
- Preparation of reports on completed works, their presentation
- Monitoring and analysis of the construction project budget
- Communication with subcontractors, customer, architects
- Solving issues that arose during the project
- Preparation and administration of letters and other project documentation
- Constant communication and cooperation with the project manager
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher education in the field of construction/engineering
- Has similar work experience in the field of construction
- You are familiar with construction, technical and technological processes, construction laws, project preparation and implementation requirements
- Able to read projects, drawings and technical documentation
- Is characterized by technical, analytical thinking
- You are diligent, responsible, proactive, able to work in a team
- Has excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to communicate ideas fluently orally and in writing
- Learn to work with AutoCad, MS Office, and other programs
