RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work and communicate in a team with the Construction Project Coordinator, contributing to the smooth organization and coordination of the construction process;
- Continuous assistance to the Construction Project Coordinator in organizing construction work and resolving daily issues at the site;
- Performing assigned tasks at the site, checking construction documentation and information provided by contractors;
- Communicating with contractors and other project participants, coordinating agreements and necessary information;
- Monitoring construction work schedules, deadlines, quantities and quality, recording observed discrepancies;
- Coordinating the need for materials, equipment and other resources required for work and organizing the transfer of work fronts;
- Assisting in ensuring orderly and safe organization of work at the construction site.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in construction/engineering (can be final year students). Attention – work is also possible at 0.75 or 0.8 full-time!
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Knowledge of English;
- Diligence and active desire to improve in your professional field.
