We are looking for a responsible construction project manager to join an exceptional hotel project on the seaside.
This is not an ordinary construction project. This is a high-quality facility where every decision matters - from the first renovation plans to the final installation and commissioning of the facility.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the implementation of the project, you will be responsible for ensuring that all processes run smoothly, on time and in accordance with all quality standards.

Your role:
Lead the hotel construction and renovation project;
Coordinate the entire construction process: planning, progress and completion;
Ensure effective communication with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers;
Work with technical drawings and project documentation;
Coordinate permit obtaining processes and cooperation with public institutions;
Ensure project deadlines, budget and quality control;
Prepare letters and requests.
