NATURE OF WORK
We are looking for an experienced construction project manager who can turn visions into real objects. If you are close to the discipline of project planning, team coordination, budget management and impeccable adherence to deadlines - this position is just for you.
Organization and management of real estate project design work;
Planning the real estate project budget and controlling its implementation;
Preparation of real estate project implementation schedules and controlling their implementation;
Preparation and organization of all documents necessary for the implementation of the real estate project;
Communication with architects, designers, contractors, coordinating institutions;
Organization of tenders and control of contractor selection, conducting negotiations;
Providing systematized information and reports to management.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
Excellent leadership, work planning, organization and coordination skills;
Experience in construction management;
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies;
Higher education in the field of civil engineering;
Initiative, quick orientation and negotiation skills.
