experience in managing the entire facility - would be an advantage;
higher or higher education in the construction sector;
qualification certificate - would be an advantage;
be able to work with programs that are necessary for work in the construction sector, such as AutoCad, etc.;
good communication, organizational, team leadership and independent work skills;
driver's license;
be able to speak English/Russian - would be an advantage.
