Nature of work
We are looking for someone who can qualitatively and independently manage residential projects and organize work at the site from the beginning of the work to its completion and handover to the client:
- Construction project planning, coordination, deadline control;
- Construction project budget planning and allocation of necessary resources;
- Cooperation with clients, designers and subcontractors on project management issues;
- Solving technical problems, quality control;
- Organization and supervision of the work flow at the construction site, ensuring uninterrupted execution of work.
Competencies required
- 3 years of experience in construction project management (project manager, construction manager or similar position);
- Technical knowledge (higher education in engineering or construction would be an advantage);
- Ability to independently and promptly plan and organize work on objects;
- Responsibility, good communication skills;
- Category B driver's license.
