Nature of work:
- Managing supervised projects from the initial planning stage to final implementation.
- Ensuring the implementation of project plans, in accordance with the established deadlines and quality requirements.
- Monitoring the progress of projects, identifying risks and implementing preventive actions.
- Identifying problem situations and making effective decisions.
- Leading the team of project managers, developing and motivating them to achieve work efficiency.
Requirements:
- Higher engineering education.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction project management and/or implementation.
- Excellent planning, team leadership and development skills.
- Ability to quickly respond to changes, resolve unforeseen situations and achieve results.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Experience working in a general construction contracting company is an advantage.
