Nature of work
- Organization of tenders and administration of contracts.
- Control of construction works, actuation and technical compliance.
- Coordination of communication between the client, designers and contractors;
- Preparation of meeting minutes and official letters;
- Ensuring timely submission of mandatory documents, their administration and transfer to the archive.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education in construction engineering;
- Experience as a construction project engineer or similar in managing contractors, contract documentation and documentation of completed works;
- Ability to read and understand construction project documentation;
- Ability to coordinate communication between project participants and control the implementation of agreements;
- Excellent time planning, independent work organization and analytical skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple task deadlines;
- Knowledge of English - an advantage;
- Good working skills in the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) program package;
- Driver's license (category B).
