Preparation of additional, uncompleted work estimates in case of project changes.
Checking the quantity, compliance with the project and prices of additional estimates submitted by subcontractors, comparing them with our estimates and adjusting or preparing our estimates.
Filling in summaries of material coordination with subcontractors and the customer.
Organizing tenders for the execution of subcontracted work, supply of materials and equipment.

Employee requirements:
Higher or higher education in civil engineering.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Knowledge of construction processes.
At least 2 years of work experience in construction sites, working in the field of subcontractor and supplier procurement or as a project manager, working with estimates.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience in preparing documentation and analyzing technical information.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD or other specialized programs).
