Your main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordination and supervision of construction projects from project initiation to handover;
- Preparation and administration of technical documentation (project specifications, drawings, contracts);
- Coordination and supervision of the activities of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers at construction sites;
- Control of the quality, deadlines and budget of construction works;
- Communication with clients, project managers, designers and state institutions;
- Processing of building permits and other regulatory documentation;
- Preparation of construction progress reports and acts;
- Identification and prompt resolution of problems during the construction process;
- Participation in the formation of the project budget and cost optimization.
What we expect from the Candidate
- Higher education in civil engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in construction projects (work with the preparation of estimates will be considered an advantage);
- Good knowledge of construction technologies, regulatory and technical requirements;
- Ability to read and interpret construction projects, drawings and specifications;
- Experience working with project management tools (MS Project or similar);
- Systematic thinking, organization and responsibility;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Driver's license (category B).
