Nature of work
- organization of construction contracting and finishing works
- smooth management of priorities and established deadlines;
- coordination of works, distribution of tasks, introduction and progress monitoring;
- Determination of warranty service periods for the structure, fulfillment of warranty obligations and organization and control of the elimination of identified defects.
- Coordination, supervision, acceptance of works by the contractor; Drawing up work implementation schedules and control of their execution; (Finishing installation works, electrical, low-current installation);
- Monitoring the progress of works, resolving emerging technical issues and cooperating with contractors and other participants in the construction process.
Employee requirements
We are looking for a responsible, motivated and proactive specialist who is familiar with construction work processes, able to coordinate contractors' activities, ensure the quality of work and smooth implementation of projects.
- Construction work manager certificate is not required. Experience in the field of construction or finishing works is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction work processes and practical understanding of them.
- Ability to ensure smooth organization of work, is proactive, responsible and easy to communicate;
- Independence, organization, sociability, ability to manage stressful situations, plan, coordinate and control work;
- Ability to promptly solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Has a category B driver's license
