Construction Project Estimates and Proposals Manager

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction specialist not only to apply their technical knowledge, but also to take on broader responsibility for the preparation and coordination of tender proposals.

Main responsibilities

• Organization and coordination of the preparation of tender proposals - planning the work of a team of estimators assigned to specific tenders and distributing tasks.
• Analysis of technical and tender documentation - assessment of project requirements, collection of necessary information about future construction objects.
• Cooperation with specialists in different fields - construction object teams, lawyers, mechanical and electrical works and other experts.
• Coordination of suppliers' and subcontractors' proposals - formation of requests and analysis of the information received.
• Preparation of tender proposals – analysis, formation and presentation of proposals, ensuring their compliance with the requirements of public tenders.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in civil engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the field of construction project tendering, estimate preparation or tender proposal management.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, estimate construction project costs and understand the principles of estimating.
• Ability to organize teamwork, coordinate the activities of different specialists and manage several interrelated tasks.
• Good planning, analytical, cooperation and communication skills.
• Independence, responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
