Idmava Group is a group of companies operating in the construction industry for more than 20 years, combining design, construction, renovation and real estate development under one roof. Our uniqueness is our internal design office, which allows us to make decisions quickly and without intermediaries. We are rapidly expanding in the Samogitia and Vilnius regions and are building teams.
We are currently looking for an experienced construction project manager who will lead renovation and reconstruction projects in the Samogitia region from the design stage to the handover of the facility. You will have to manage 3-4 active facilities at different stages (the value of the facilities ranges from 500 thousand to 1.8 million EUR).

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will manage construction and renovation projects from contract conclusion to handover of the object to the client
- You will coordinate subcontractors, project managers and contractor selection, consult with designers on technical solutions
- You will check design solutions and ensure that they meet the requirements of the contract and budget limits
- You will control the deadlines for work execution, budget, documentation management (actification, electronic construction logs)
- You will communicate with clients, municipalities, ensure effective information flow between project participants
- You will organize procedures for awarding objects and ensure compliance with quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in construction project management (in the field of renovation - a priority)
- Understanding of construction contracting processes, ability to read design solutions and estimates
- Communication skills with clients, subcontractors, designers and municipalities
- Computer literacy skills, ability to work with digital tools and construction management systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, make decisions quickly and responsibly
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- 4,100 – 5,000 EUR gross salary (depending on experience and competencies)
- A company car that you can use for trips to facilities - project managers in the company work 80% of the time in the office, the rest is spent on site visits
