Nature of work
Construction project management from project takeover to full fulfillment of contractual obligations and handover of the object to the customer:
Preparation of project budgets, planning and control of costs, cash flows, profitability and final financial result.
Preparation of construction work execution schedules, work planning, control of deadlines and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Project team management, coordination of the activities of construction and work managers, engineers and other project participants.
Planning of subcontractors, suppliers and material requirements, participation in negotiations, control of contract execution and quality of work.
Management of quantities of work performed, actuation, additional work and project changes.
Cooperation with customers, designers, technical supervisors and other project participants.
Analysis of project implementation results, preparation of reports and accounting for project progress and financial results.

Employee requirements
Higher or higher education in construction, engineering, management or other related field.
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, construction work organization or project implementation.
Ability to independently plan, organize and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements.
Knowledge of construction technological processes, design documentation, principles of contract and subcontract execution.
Knowledge of legal acts regulating construction processes and construction technical regulations.
Good computer skills, ability to use project planning and management tools.
Leadership, organization, independence, negotiation skills, responsibility and result orientation.
Category B driver's license.
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, construction work organization or project implementation.
Ability to independently plan, organize and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements.
Knowledge of construction technological processes, design documentation, principles of contract and subcontract execution.
Knowledge of legal acts regulating construction processes and construction technical regulations.
