About us:
A construction management company engaged in the construction management of large facilities is looking for a Construction Project Manager who can organize the construction process from inception to completion.
Nature of work:
Management of the construction process of objects (commercial, large-scale) until delivery for use
Planning, organization and control of construction work
Preparation of work schedules
Organization and control of subcontractors' work
Analysis of project documentation, optimization of technical solutions
Cooperation with other departments on project implementation issues
Resolving emerging issues related to project construction management

Requirements:
Higher education in construction or engineering
Experience in construction management of large commercial projects (at all stages)

Ability to manage the project independently, result-oriented, good teamwork skills
Basics of English
