Main responsibilities:
Construction project management from start to finish;
Project planning, budgeting and control;
Communication with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders;
Control of quality, deadlines and budget of construction works;
Team coordination and work organization;
Administration of construction documentation;
Risk management and problem solving during the project.

Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education in engineering/construction;
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management;
Knowledge of construction legislation and technical regulations;
Ability to effectively plan, organize work and make decisions;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Good computer skills (MS Office, project management programs);
