Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of design work;
- Organization, coordination and supervision of construction work at facilities;
- Control of work performed by contractors, assessing their quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with contractual obligations and approved work schedules;
- Preparation, administration and management of construction process documentation;
- Control of project progress, deadlines and quality of work;
- Cooperation with designers, contractors, customers and other project participants in resolving issues related to project implementation;
- Prompt resolution of emerging problems and decision-making during project implementation.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of civil engineering (university or college);
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of construction project management, construction work organization or supervision;
- Construction qualification certificate is an advantage;
- Ability to independently plan, organize and control work;
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- Initiative, responsibility, independence, diligence and duty;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Desire to improve, interest in innovations in the construction sector and the ability to quickly absorb new information;
- Good computer skills;
- Category B driver's license.
