BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Organization and coordination of design work;
- Organization, coordination and supervision of construction work at facilities;
- Control of work performed by contractors, assessing their quality, adherence to deadlines and compliance with contractual obligations and approved work schedules;
- Preparation, administration and management of construction process documentation;
- Control of project progress, deadlines and quality of work;
- Cooperation with designers, contractors, customers and other project participants in resolving issues related to project implementation;
- Operational resolution of emerging problems and decision-making during project implementation.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Has a higher education in the field of civil engineering (university or college);
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in the field of construction project management, construction work organization or supervision;
- Has a construction qualification certificate - an advantage;
- Able to independently plan, organize and control work;
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time;
- Wants to improve, is interested in innovations in the construction sector and is able to quickly absorb new information;
- Has good computer skills;
- Has a category B driver's license.
