Experience and skills
- You have at least 1 year of work experience as a construction project manager;
- You are familiar with construction technologies, processes and their organization;
- You are able to read, understand and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- You are able to plan work, manage deadlines and priorities;
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and independently solve problems;
- You are a responsible, proactive, communicative and open-minded personality;
- You have basic computer literacy knowledge;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- A higher education in engineering or construction would be an advantage.
Primary responsibilities
- Planning, organizing and successful implementation of construction projects from the beginning of the project to the handover of the object;
- Coordination of the preparation of design and technical documentation;
- Planning of construction project stages, work schedules and budgets and control of their implementation;
- Searching for subcontractors, selecting them, preparing cooperation agreements and coordinating their work;
- Planning of procurements and ensuring their implementation according to the established project schedule;
- Cooperation with customer representatives, designers, technical supervisors and other parties related to the project.
