We are growing and strengthening our construction project management team. We are looking for someone who can see the entire construction process - from the beginning of work to the final handover of the object - and take responsibility for the project outcome.
What are you going to do?
- You will manage real estate construction projects from the beginning of construction to the handover of the object;
- You will follow the work managers - you will form tasks, set priorities and control their implementation;
- You will coordinate the construction process and ensure the smooth execution of work at the objects;
- I will control project deadlines, budgets and quality of work;
- You will resolve technical and organizational issues arising during construction;
- I will coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers;
- You will communicate with clients, designers, technical maintenance, engineering network administrators and other parties involved in the construction process;
- Together with the NT KARTU technical team, you will resolve technical issues, changes in estimates and major purchases;
- I will control construction documentation and work logs;
- I will coordinate the process of handover of objects.
What do we expect from you?
- We are not looking for someone who just passes information between contractors.
- We expect you to be able to independently manage a construction project, organize and coordinate the work of project managers, make decisions, plan work ahead, and spot problems in time before they become delays or additional costs.
- We are looking for a manager who is able not only to control the process, but also to set clear tasks for project managers, set priorities, monitor their implementation, and take responsibility for the overall project outcome.
It is important for us:
- Experience in construction project management;
- Good understanding of construction processes and technologies;
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate the work of project managers;
- Ability to manage project deadlines and budgets;
- Ability to coordinate many different process participants simultaneously;
- Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
