  • To plan the construction project budget and efficiently allocate the resources of the object;
  • To plan and organize the performance of construction works and to carry out their control;
  • To ensure the performance of construction works in accordance with the set deadlines;
  • Collaborate with customers and subcontractors on construction management issues;
  • Prepare documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction;
  • To ensure compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.

We will achieve the best results together if you:

  • You have a higher education in civil engineering;
  • You have experience as a project manager in managing construction projects;
  • You are familiar with construction, production and technological processes;
  • You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of a building (an advantage);
  • You are able to work independently and manage a team;
  • You have excellent computer skills;
  • You are responsible, proactive, and ambitious.

Salary

2500-3000 €/mon. net
