Nature of work
- Project management and organization of construction works for water management and wastewater treatment facilities;
- Ensuring the quality of work and deadlines;
- Selection of subcontractors and control of work performed;
- Acceptance of work from subcontractors;
- Communication with designers, contractors, state institutions, technical supervision;
- Preparation and administration of executive construction documentation;
- Coordination of technical issues with customers and contractors.
We expect from you:
- You have a higher/advanced engineering-construction education;
- You have experience as a construction manager (at least 5 years);
- You are knowledgeable about the construction sector, legal acts regulating the construction of a structure;
- You have a driver's license;
- You are result-oriented, independent, responsible and organized.
It would be a great advantage if:
- You have experience working with outdoor, indoor engineering water supply networks, wastewater treatment plants and water harvesting structures;
- You have experience performing work in accordance with the terms of the FIDIC contract;
- You have a certificate entitling you to act as a manager of special construction works of a special structure. Structure group: hydraulic structures;
- Areas of construction work: internal and external water supply and wastewater disposal.
