5.Start-up and full control of the construction process
6.Schedule, budget and quality management
7.Organization of project handover (100% completion)

Employee requirements
- ≥5–7 years of experience in construction/real estate project management
- Experience in managing a project from design to handover (required)
- Experience in working with design teams and obtaining permits
- Experience in apartment building construction
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Responsibility for the result (deadlines, budget, quality)
- Technical education
