Nature of work:
- Budget planning of construction project(s) and effective allocation of facility resources;
- Analysis of financial indicators of the project(s) and ensuring their implementation;
- Cooperation with customers and subcontractors on project(s) management issues;
- Effective planning and organization of construction work and control over deadlines;
- Administration of project documentation;
- Preparation of proposals, tendering and search for subcontractors;
Employee requirements:
- Higher engineering education in the field of construction;
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position, working with construction projects;
- Knowledge of the legal framework, knowledge of construction regulations and their application in project management;
- Ability to manage material and human resources;
- Responsibility and independence in decision-making;
- Category B driver's license;
