Nature of work:
- Budget planning of construction project(s) and efficient distribution of facility resources.
- Analysis of financial indicators of the project(s) and ensuring their implementation.
- Cooperation with clients and subcontractors on project(s) management issues.
- Effective planning and organization of construction works and control of ensuring deadlines.
- Project documentation administration.
- Purchase planning according to the established schedule.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in a similar position managing high value projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage a project team.
- Orientation to the result, effective planning and management of construction works.
- Ability to make decisions in non-standard situations, creativity.
- Driver's license category B.
