Nature of work
I – V ; 8:00-17:00/ flexible work schedule; Vilnius;
- Organize and manage the implementation of construction projects;
- Work most of the working time at the construction site, supervise the progress of the project and resolve issues related to the implementation of the work;
- Create construction work schedules, plan work, deadlines and necessary resources and control their implementation;
- Ensure smooth cooperation between contractors, subcontractors, designers and other project participants;
- Manage different project processes and coordinate their mutual links;
- Monitor the progress of projects, identify emerging problems in a timely manner, independently seek solutions and, if necessary, enlist the help of specialists available in the company;
- Make decisions and control their implementation so that problems do not stop the project;
- Follow agreements and commitments;
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher engineering education (construction engineering or related field);
- At least 3 years of experience as a works manager or construction project manager in the construction of residential buildings or infrastructure within the last 5 years;
- Ability to read and understand drawings and construction processes;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work, simultaneously manage different project processes and see their interconnections;
- Ability to independently solve problems, make decisions and take responsibility for the result;
- Honest, ambitious and result-oriented approach to work;
- Ability to work most of the working time at Vilnius facilities;
