Nature of work:
Planning, execution, control of the progress of the construction object.
Analysis of design documentation, control of materials and work quantities, search for rational solutions.
Control of the finances and terms of the ongoing construction object.
Communication with customers, designers, construction managers, subcontractors.
Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the object's implementation indicators.
Organization and/or implementation of procedures for the completion of construction.
Coordination of activities of subordinate construction managers.

Higher education in the field of engineering.
Not less than 3 years. experience in project/construction management.
Knowledge of construction technological processes.
Ability to work with CAD, Project Manager and MS Office computer programs.
Ability to work in a team.
