- To plan the construction project budget and efficiently allocate the resources of the object;
- To plan and organize the performance of construction works and to carry out their control;
- To ensure the performance of construction works in accordance with the set deadlines;
- Collaborate with customers and subcontractors on construction management issues;
- Prepare documentation related to the execution and maintenance of construction;
- To ensure compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.
We will achieve the best results together if you:
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You have experience as a project manager in managing construction projects;
- You are familiar with construction, production and technological processes;
- You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of a building (an advantage);
- You are able to work independently and manage a team;
- You have excellent computer skills;
- You are responsible, proactive, and ambitious.
