Nature of work
- Carry out planning, coordination and control of construction projects from inception to completion;
- Ensure compliance of construction works with technical projects, quality, safety and environmental requirements;
- Making organizational decisions in the areas of contractor selection, procurement and work execution;
- Constant communication with subcontractors, suppliers and other interested parties;
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines and budget, risk assessment and decision-making regarding deviations;
- Preparing documentation necessary for the progress of construction works, concluding contracts and monitoring implementation;
- Participation in the processes of handing over construction objects and handing over documentation;
- Solving technical issues in cooperation with designers, engineers and customers.
Requirements
- Higher technical education;
- Technical maintenance certificate;
- Knowledge of contracting;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Understanding of construction technologies and works;
- Experience in similar work.
